YOUR ORDER STEP BY STEP

1.  Ordered: Choose your customizations and options for your Ryker Petronas graphic kit and proceed to pay for the order. For optimal results, we recommend that you take into account the color of your vehicle, as well as that of the fairings if applicable. As a reminder, a decorative kit consists of several pieces to be positioned on the fairings and does not cover the vehicle in its entirety.
2.  Graphic creation: Once your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail with your model within 3 to 10 working days. If you have any changes to make, simply reply to us indicating your changes. When your model suits you, answer us by mentioning: “GOOD FOR AGREEMENT”. No changes can be made after validation of the proof.
3. Production of your kit: Once the model has been validated, we launch your kit into production (1 to 2 working days). Any model validated after 12:00 p.m. will be processed the next day.
4. Preparation and shipping: We prepare your order for shipment (1 to 2 working days). (For delivery, refer to the deadlines of the carrier chosen when validating your order).
5. Installation of your kit: Follow our step-by-step installation advice or have your kit installed directly in our workshop (Gironde 33)
