YOUR ORDER STEP BY STEP
- Ordered: Choose your personalizations and options for your decoration kit and proceed to the payment of the order. For an optimal rendering, we recommend that you take into account the color of your vehicle, as well as that of the fairings if necessary. As a reminder, a graphic kit consists of several parts to be positioned on the fairings and does not cover the vehicle in its entirety.
- Graphic creation: Once your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail with your model within 3 to 10 working days. If you have any changes to make, simply reply to us indicating your changes. When your model suits you, answer us by mentioning: “GOOD FOR AGREEMENT”. No changes can be made after validation of the proof.
- Production of your kit: Once the model has been validated, we launch your kit into production (1 to 2 working days). Any model validated after 12:00 p.m. will be processed the next day.
- Preparation and shipping: We prepare your order for shipment (1 to 2 working days). (For delivery, refer to the deadlines of the carrier chosen when validating your order).
- Installation of your kit: Follow our step-by-step installation advice or have your kit installed directly in our workshop (Gironde 33).
